How long is a session and how often will we meet?

Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes and usually held weekly at the start, especially when symptoms are more severe. Regular sessions help build momentum and keep you accountable. As therapy progresses, we can adjust the frequency—shifting to biweekly or monthly if appropriate—based on your needs and progress. The goal is to find a schedule that supports lasting, positive change.
