About Andrea

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving North Carolina and Illinois. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in social work from Aurora University, where I focused on child welfare and interned with the Department of Child and Family Services, working with pregnant and parenting teenagers. I then received my master of social work from Loyola University Chicago and spent five years working in the public school system, supporting a variety of K-12 programs.

During my time as a school social worker, I also began working part-time as an individual therapist for adults. I realized through this part-time work that my real passion was individual counseling, so I moved to exclusively working as an individual therapist and have loved seeing the positive impact therapy has on my clients, helping them make meaningful changes in their lives.
